These terms govern the SMS alarm notification service operated by SECURUS IoT Monitoring GmbH, Am Farmböddel 7a, 24623 Großenaspe, Germany.

Programme description. SECURUS operates a building-security and sensor- monitoring platform. Where a user has enabled it, we send transactional SMS notifications about alarm events at the sites they are responsible for — for example an intrusion, a temperature threshold being exceeded, or a monitoring device going offline. Each message identifies the device, room and site, the trigger and its measured value, and links to the alarm in our web application.

No marketing. We never send promotional or marketing content over this programme.

How to opt in. Only the recipient can enable SMS notifications, by switching them on in their own SECURUS account settings. An administrator can assign someone to a notification group, but cannot enable SMS on their behalf.

Message frequency. Messages are event-driven, so frequency varies. There is no scheduled or recurring send.

Cost. SECURUS does not charge recipients for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

How to opt out. Switch SMS notifications off in your account settings at any time. Recipients in the United States can also reply STOP to any message; no further messages will be sent to that number. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@securus-m.de.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
