What is SECURUS?
SECURUS is an IoT monitoring platform for monitoring technical systems, devices and key parameters. It manages all sites, devices and sensor values centrally and combines them with a dashboard, alerting and notification groups.
Who is SECURUS suitable for?
For municipalities, companies, property managers, facility management companies, care homes and operators of distributed sites.
What can be monitored?
Temperature, humidity, CO₂, leaks, water quality, pressure, fill levels, equipment status, energy and water consumption, doors, room occupancy and light levels. SECURUS combines LoRaWAN sensors from various manufacturers for this. Technical service points and POS systems can also be integrated.
Can SECURUS be connected to other systems?
Yes. The SECURUS API passes readings and alerts to third-party systems, such as ticketing systems, facility management software or your own applications.
Is SECURUS tied to one sensor manufacturer?
No. SECURUS is vendor-independent and connects LoRaWAN sensors from various manufacturers in one platform. We select the right device for every use case. LoRaWAN sensors you already have installed can often be integrated as well.
How does alerting work?
Alerts are configured by thresholds, events, time windows and property logic. Notifications go to defined people or groups by email, SMS or directly in the dashboard.
Can several sites be monitored?
Yes. SECURUS is designed for multiple sites and manages any number of buildings, properties, devices and sensors in one platform.
Is SECURUS suitable for existing buildings?
Yes. LoRaWAN radio technology is made for wireless retrofitting. Complex cabling or building work is usually not required.
Do I have to integrate the sensors myself?
No. SECURUS helps you choose, handles the integration into the platform and prepares the devices. On site, the sensors usually only need to be mounted.
How does SECURUS support data protection?
Camera-free solutions, for example with radar, are available for sensitive areas. Roles and access rights limit who sees which data. The specific setup and use must fit your data protection concept.
