Wireless people counters for visitor traffic

People counters detect movement through a defined passage. Depending on the device, entries and exits are counted separately. SECURUS displays the data over time to show visitor traffic and peak periods.

Match the people counter to the entrance

Passage width, mounting height and typical use determine selection. Test groups and opposing movement during commissioning. Whether this supports current room occupancy calculations also depends on whether all entrances are covered.
